Power-liner Gel Pencil- Blue

Power-liner Gel Pencils are a must have for your collection. These extra pigmented, long-lasting pencils add a touch of magic to your eye makeup looks. Whether its to create drama, pops of colour or that wide eye effect with white, look no further than these babies.

Tips and Tricks-

-These pencils require sharpening which is perfect for control and precision.

-Apply pencil to the top lash line and lightly smoke out for a soft-liner effect.  

-The gel liner formula is long-lasting, waterproof and extra pigmented. Be careful not to do too many layers as it isn't needed and can disrupt the product. 

-The white power-liner is fantastic for adding to the bottom waterline and then you can add any colour eyeshadow on top of it for a long-lasting custom colour to suit any look. 

-Keep the pencil lid on when not in use as this will keep the product soft and creamy. 

-When in use, put the lid on the work space and not on the end as this can remove the end cap if it gets stuck eek! 

Discontinue if irritation occurs.
