This versatile formula can be used to revive gel liners, mix with loose pigments to create eyeliners and cream shadows all while creating a waterproof finish that will last all day long. The plastic bottle holds a generous 10ml of product which should last you a while. 

Tips and Tricks-

-Apply 1 to 2 drops into your gel liners or loose pigments. A little goes a long way so start small and add as necessary. 

-Mix into loose highlighters for a blinding highlight effect on the face. 

-Discontinue use if irritation occurs.  Keep lid on when not in use.

-Apply Black Out Gel Liner using a small pointed detail or angle brush. 

-Best to use for professional use also as product can be decanted hygienically. 

-Keep the lid on tight when not in use to avoid the product drying out.

-If product needs to be revived or you would like a thinner consistency for easier application then our FLUIDITY waterproof mixing liquid will bring it back to life. 

-Black Out has a small window for you to smudge and create a soft blend moment but be warned! Once it has dried its staying put. 

-Remove using an oil-based makeup cleanser.

-Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
