Tips and Tricks-

-Apply Black Out Gel Liner using a small pointed detail or angle brush.

-Keep the lid on tight when not in use to avoid the product drying out.

-If product needs to be revived or you would like a thinner consistency for easier application then our FLUIDITY waterproof mixing liquid will bring it back to life. 

-Black Out has a small window for you to smudge and create a soft blend moment but be warned! Once it has dried its staying put. 

-Remove using an oil-based makeup cleanser.

-Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
