Learn everything there is to know about a full face of makeup!

My name is Courtney Hollins and I have been a professional Makeup Artist for 10 Years. I have taught makeup at numerous colleges in WA, travelled Australia giving makeup workshops to amazing beginners and skilled Makeup Artists. I am still on the tools as a Bridal Makeup Artist today and love every second of my job. My philosophy is that makeup does not have to be difficult and can be simplified. The way I teach is work smart, not hard, and everyone is sure to nail it! 

What is included?

The private makeup lessons are hands on and include learning techniques for Natural to Glam eye makeup looks, Flawless Base, Contour/ Highlight/ Blush, Lashes, Brows and Lips. Lessons can go from anywhere from 2-4hours, it all depends on you! The good thing about training with me is that we work within your own capacity, skill level and pace! If there is a technique you think you would never use, well skip it.

How the lessons run-

You and I will sit down and have a brief chat about what you would like to get out of the lesson. I will then personalise the lesson for you and off we go!

I will work on one side of your face as you follow on the other side. This way seems to be the best when it comes to understanding position, intensity and how to work with your own features.

The 1st phase includes Brows, followed by Natural eye makeup technique. 

The 2nd phase of the lesson is glam eyes. This is to your preference and includes a false lash application once finished. 

The 3rd phase is the base. This includes prep work, foundation and concealer application, powder and setting, contour, blush and highlight.

The final phase is lips! You have a choice of a nude of bold. 

For Makeup Artists- If you are looking to upskill, you are required to bring a model in which we will both work on side by side. The procedure is the same as above.

The lessons will be taken in my studio in Lake Clifton. Start time and address will be given after booking is confirmed. 

In order to book, Add the lesson to cart and I will be in contact via email in regards to dates available. Once that is decided the lesson is locked in! No shows will not receive a refund. Lessons are non-refundable, however, a reschedule or store credit will be issued instead.
